Black Butte puts on a lively 4th of July parade every year where families and kids decorate their bikes and vehicles in red, white and blue! Look out for the Erving family yellow jeep!

Grab a drink or a bite to eat and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and mountains by the pool! They have a small fitness facility as well as a recreation center full of arcade games and ping pong!

Glaze Meadow has an indoor and outdoor pool with spa services and a fitness gym. You can rent tennis and pickleball courts as well as bikes for the weekend!

Play a round of golf at Big Meadow Golf Course or Glaze Meadow Golf Course directly on the ranch! Call or visit the Black Butte Ranch website for tee-times. There is also a fun putting course at Big Meadow.

You can't run out of things to do in Sisters, Oregon! It is an adorable old western town only 15 minutes from the ranch by car. Sisters has great restaurants and antique window shopping. There will be an awesome parade going through downtown on the morning of the 4th of July!

Suttle Lake is 15 minutes by car from the ranch and is a great place to camp out in the sun. They have a pretty lodge to sit down for a bite to eat or if you're looking for a good activity they have paddle board and canoe rentals!

Scout Lake is a quaint lake off of the same road as Suttle Lake. It is 20 minutes by car from the ranch and is a great place to escape the noise!
